The perfect wee day out from the busy streets of Edinburgh. Visit the stunningly beautiful Rosslyn Chapel - a mini Notre Dame - Then a short jaunt along a fantastic stretch of beach & countryside east of Edinburgh and a visit to the historic harbour town of North Berwick.

A short drive south of Edinburgh lies one of the most beautiful little chapels in all the land. Rosslyn. Featured in the Dan Brown novel, the Da Vinci code. It is a place steeped in history with international acclaim. This is the kind of historic site which will keep revealing new secrets no matter how many times you go.

After the visit and a coffee we will head east to the seaside at Gullane beach. One of many pristine beach locations we lucky devils in Edinburgh keep surprisingly, very quiet about to most visitors.

Into the quaint harbor town of North Berwick a short distance away. Here you will be able to find some refreshment at a number of wonderful local bakeries and stroll around the harbor and possibly even visit the birdlife center.

Then we cruise along the coastal route back to Edinburgh where you will be dropped off at your accommodation or place of your choosing.
