Explore the breathtaking beauty of Scotland's east neuk. Journey through the charming fishing villages before arriving at its most beautiful (in my opinion) Anstruther, nestled along the Firth of Forth.

After which we hop 15 mins north to St Andrews. This is the main event folks. 

Too much to see and do. My advice is to choose 2 or 3 things that interest you and let St Andrews do the rest. A busy wee town transected with lots of fun wee alleyways that the locals use to cut about. Hosting the third oldest university in Britain after Cambridge and Oxford, a cathedral, a castle, observatory, Old course of St Andrews - birthplace of golf - wonderful shops and eateries and not forgetting two stunning beaches! 

On the way home we stop off in the beautiful village of Falkland. Home to a Falkland palace (holiday retreat for the Stewart kings and queens), beautiful village shops and pubs and a holy grail site for fans of the Outlander series. 

Finally, a quick stop to marvel at the bridges a South Queensferry before a hop skip and a jump back into Edinburgh
